Adapter for connecting a reversing camera

Our rear view camera adapter allows you to install an aftermarket camera plug-and-play without damaging your vehicle's wiring. It also provides the option to activate and configure the Active Parking Assistance (PAS) feature in the monitor's service menu. The rearview camera image will automatically display on the screen when your Mitsubishi is reversing. The device is connected to an 8-pin socket. Once connected, all OEM functions that operate via this socket are retained.

Important information about the rear view camera adapter

Additionally, an installed rearview camera should be powered from the ACC line (first key turn), otherwise the camera input will not be active. Depending on the type of camera being connected, namely the voltage required for the camera, you can use the +6V input voltage generated by the monitor. If the camera requires more than 6V, the camera's power should be connected to the ACC line.
