The cable enables Plug Play connection of the rear view camera in Ford vehicles to the OEM Sync 1 monitor (NAV MFD monitor).

The rear camera image is automatically displayed when reversing. After connecting the adapter (see wiring diagram), all OEM functions remain.

Attention! The rear view camera function must be enabled before connection by a dealer or service center that has diagnostic equipment for Ford vehicles.

Attention! The connected rearview camera should be continuously powered from the ACC line (second key turn). Otherwise, the rearview camera input will not be active. Depending on the camera type, and specifically the voltage required for the camera, you can use the +6V input voltage generated by the monitor. If the camera requires more than 6V, connect the camera's power supply to the ACC line.
