US Games Systems Albano-Waite Tarot Cards

Pamela Colman Smith's artwork was brought to life in vibrant colors by Frankie Albano. This deck was originally published in 1968 and didn't appear until a few years later. There was enough demand for this deck then that US Games Systems reissued a facsimile of the original in 1991, and it has remained a staple tarot collector's item ever since. The colors are vibrant with lots of purples and greens that help readers focus on details they might otherwise miss. The Minor Arcana are colored in the background. Cups are blue-green, Wands are orange, Pentacles are yellow-green, and Swords are yellow. This is a vibrant deck that will appeal to those nostalgic for the psychedelic sixties or who appreciate the "wow" factor.
