The preparation and fastening of the base is exactly the same as the installation of the entire "cop seat". The surface must be hard, smooth and clean. It is recommended to drill holes in the pavement through the holes in the structure. The anchor bolts must be tightened evenly until the rear part presses against the base and there are no empty spaces between the structure and the road surface.
