Unlike traditional foil blankets, it allows for complete freedom of movement and is noise-free when worn. It can be worn over or under clothing to provide thermal protection without restricting arm movement. The bright orange colour increases visibility in low light conditions and can be used for emergency signalling, while printed survival tips provide clear instructions in an emergency.
