3D printing filament PETG, 1.75mm, 1kg per spool, black Features: PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a 3D printing plastic, due to its properties it is suitable for the production of functional objects and items that come into contact with food (e.g. water bottles, dishes, kitchen utensils). It is characterized by high strength, flexibility, and impact resistance, making it ideal for the production of mechanical parts and products with precise dimensions. TPU is recognized as safe for food use. Given its heat resistance, products made from it can be washed in the dishwasher (at the appropriate temperature). TPU is hydrophobic (does not absorb moisture) and insoluble. It is easier to use than ABS when 3D printing, but this plastic is more durable than PLA. A heated platform is not necessary, but recommended. The material practically does not shrink when cooled. TPU plastic is best suited for food safety projects (with proper certification), mechanical parts, and outdoor objects. Also suitable for beginners due to its ease of use. Technical data: Material: PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol). Diameter: 1.75 mm. Weight: 1 kg. Coil dimensions: 195x195x60 mm. Color: black. 3D printing temperature: 200°C-240°C. Platform temperature: 75°C-85°C (optional, but recommended). Strength: high. Flexibility: medium. Heat resistance: medium. Difficulty of use: easy. Areas of application: mechanical parts, outdoor objects. 3D printing filament is wound on a spool, vacuum packed with a moisture absorber.
