Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack Pro is an advanced 3D printing surface designed to ensure exceptionally strong first layer adhesion to PLA and PETG threads, without the need for adhesives such as glue sticks.

Key Features and Pro Benefits

Compared to the standard version of SuperTack, the Pro model offers several performance improvements:

• Improved durability: Created 25% longer service life and better scratch resistance.


• Lower operating temperatures: Allows the use of lower bed temperatures, saving energy and reducing the risk of nozzle clogging.

• Matte surface finish: Provides a smooth, matte texture to the underside of your prints, helping to hide surface imperfections.


• Continuous performance: Laboratory tests show less than 15% loss of grip even after 300 prints.

Compatibility and use

• Colorants: Compatible with Bambu Lab X1, P1 and A1 series, as well as P2S and H2 in series.

  • Bamboo PLA Silk+ is supported, but other Silk threads may stick too tightly and damage the board.
  
  
  • TPU is NOT supported and can permanently damage the coating.
  
  
  
  

Best practices and maintenance

• Cleaning: Use only water and mild dishwashing detergent (e.g. Dawn). Never use acetone or other organic solvents as they will destroy the SuperTack Pro surface.


• First use: It is recommended to wash the board with soap and water immediately after unpacking to remove any factory residue.


• Removing parts: Prints usually separate easily after cooling. If a part is stuck, reheat the bed to 50 °C to facilitate softening of the connection for safer removal.


• Software Note: For X1 series users, if the printer does not recognize the QR code on the board, you may need to disable static plate positioning function in the settings.
