A four-channel filament management and drying system for QIDI Q2 3D printers. It supports automatic spool switching, 1.75 mm filament diameter, and drying at temperatures up to 65 °C. The device accommodates four spools, monitors temperature and humidity, and detects feeding problems. The system can be expanded to four devices.
- Four independent filament channels support multi-color and multi-material printing with the QIDI Q2 series.
- When the filament runs out, a backup spool is automatically switched, and tangles, jams and thread shortages are also detected.
- During printing, the filament is dried at a temperature of up to 65 °C. It is stored in a sealed compartment, and the temperature and humidity are monitored in real time.
- Supports 1.75mm filament and NFC recognition of compatible QIDI materials. Up to four QIDI Box devices can be connected.
