The high-low adapter is used when the OEM radio does not have low-level outputs/RCA outputs to provide a signal to the amplifier. The speaker outputs are connected to the high-low adapter and the transmitted signal from the high-low adapter's RCA outputs is used as the input to external amplifier. Vehicle-specific T cable harnesses serve as a mounting aid for trouble-free retrofitting of the installation.
