In practice, this produces a longer-range beam of light with a color similar to daylight. They ensure safety and greater comfort when driving at night or in poor weather conditions. The bulbs feature a UV filter to protect the headlights from damage and the lenses from dulling. They are certified with the German E1 standard, stamped on the bulb base.
