The performance of your Inspire 1 Intelligent Flight Battery is affected by environmental factors. Low temperatures will negatively impact the performance of the Inspire 1 Intelligent Flight Battery. The Inspire 1 Battery Heater helps to maximize battery performance by warming the battery to a more suitable temperature (above 5°C) before flight, allowing users to fly the Inspire 1 more reliably.
Place the Smart Flight Battery in the battery heater compartment before takeoff, as a small amount of energy is required to heat the flight battery.
Using a battery heater 1. Make sure the battery is fully charged and turned off. Place the battery in the battery heater compartment. 2. Turn on the battery and let it warm up for 10-15 minutes (actual operating time depends on the ambient temperature. It may take longer or shorter). Do not leave the battery unattended for long periods of time. 3. Turn off the battery and leave it in the battery warmer for another 5 minutes (actual operating time depends on the ambient temperature. It may take longer or shorter). The Smart Flight Battery is now ready for use.
Notice: A 3-stage overheat protection mechanism has been incorporated into the Battery Heater design to prevent the battery from reaching temperatures exceeding its design parameters. To ensure the battery does not overheat, the heater will automatically shut off when the temperature exceeds 30°C, with additional safety barriers in place at 50°C and 98°C.
