Extremely wide angle or standard approach
The EF 17-40 mm F/4LL USM provides a particularly wide -angle zoom in tapes or the entire frame in digital EOS cameras. In DSLR cameras with APS-C sensors, it acts as a standard approach that gives the entire frame of the camera 28-70 mm on the lens-like video angle.

Great Optical operation

EF17-40 mm F/4LL USM has nine groups divided into 12 lens elements. The Super Specra coating provides excellent color balance and reduces the appearance of shadow images and flashes.
