Made under Japanese supervision, the bamboo whisk is the most important tool for making sparkling and creamy Matcha. This matcha whisk has 80 outer bristles and almost as many inner bristles to make your Matcha worth tasting and falling in love with this fabulous drink. Made of solid bamboo.
Use: boil fresh, preferably soft water. Allow the water to cool to approximately 80°C, place approximately 1g of matcha tea (2 bamboo spoons or ½ tsp) in a bowl and fill with water. Stir the tea with a bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion for at least 15 seconds. Try not to touch the bottom of the bowl while whisking.
