Steering wheel control adapter Stalk Adapter Iveco (CAN BUS) - for aftermarket radio (SWC)

Stalk Adapter Iveco is a CAN BUS interface that allows retain factory steering wheel radio controls by replacing the original radio with an aftermarket radio (retrofit HU). This allows you to maintain the convenience of volume, track, and source control, while also allowing you to install a new multimedia unit as needed. Importantly, the scope of functionality depends on the vehicle's equipment and the capabilities and software of the new radio, so some functions may be limited or operate differently.

Before installation, compare the harness connectors with those in your vehicle and ensure that a compatible OEM radio is installed in the vehicle. Additionally, check the vehicle's functions, settings, and SWC operation before finalizing the installation.

• Iveco Daily VI 07/2014 - 2019

Vehicle requirements/versions (as per specifications):

• vehicles with steering wheel type Fiat Ducato (2×4 function buttons on the front)

• vehicles with the so-called open dash

• compliant with, among others:

  • 1-DIN Bosch MY2014 LDWS (OEM)

  • 2-DIN Delphi (OEM)

• not for version with Magneti Marelli OEM Sat Nav

Note: in cars that have been re-imported or have a different software version, some functions may not work.

Connectors and connections

• Connector: ISO / Mini ISO

• SWC: OEM steering wheel controls → 3.5mm jack / loose wires

• Communication: CAN BUS

Important: Perform DIP settings/configuration according to the aftermarket radio manufacturer's instructions (retrofit HU).

Signals provided by the interface

The interface transmits the following signals to the aftermarket radio:

• red: +12V after ignition (Cl. 15)

• orange: +12V backlight (Kl. 58)

• purple/white: +12V reverse

• pink: speed pulse (VSS)

• green: parking brake signal ground (GND)

Output load capacity: max 250 mA
If the radio requires > 250 mA:

• 1 relay: coil min. 75 Ohm
