The Neewer LL55 is a professional carbon fiber video tripod equipped with a fluid head, a One Step Lock quick-release leg system, and a load capacity of up to 8 kg. The carbon fiber construction combines high rigidity with a relatively low weight of 5 kg, making it easy to transport and use in the field. The tripod offers height adjustment from 93 to 197 cm, and when folded, it measures 96 cm in length, allowing it to be conveniently transported in the included bag. The head features smooth 360° pan movement, tilt from +90° to -60°, 6-step counterbalance adjustment, and 4-step movement damping, allowing for stable and precise shots when working with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and professional video cameras.

Quick setup and full height control

The One Step Lock system allows you to simultaneously unlock and lock all leg sections with a single motion. In practice, this means significantly less time spent preparing the tripod for use, especially during outdoor shoots where every second counts. The three-section design allows the tripod to be set at heights of 93 cm, 145.5 cm, or a maximum of 197 cm, making it easy to adapt to the type of shot and working conditions. After filming, the tripod folds down to a length of 96 cm and fits into the included carrying case, making it easy to transport and store.

High-load-capacity carbon fiber construction

Carbon fiber effectively combines low weight with high resistance to deflection and vibration. As a result, the tripod provides stable support even for heavier film rigs, which directly translates to sharper and smoother footage. The maximum load capacity is 8 kg, while the tripod weighs 5 kg. This design works well both in the studio and when working in the field, even at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C.

Fluid head with counterbalance and damping adjustment

At the heart of the kit is a professional fluid head that ensures smooth panning and controlled camera movements. The dynamic counterbalance system with 6-step adjustment helps balance the weight of the equipment, preventing the camera from dropping on its own after changing the tilt angle. Four-step damping adjustment on the horizontal and vertical axes allows you to adjust the resistance to suit the nature of the shot and the weight of the setup. The range of motion includes a full 360° rotation and tilt from +90° to -60°, providing great freedom when capturing a variety of shots.

Stability and Quick Leveling

The tripod is equipped with a two-section center spreader that stiffens the structure and allows for quick adjustment of the leg spread angle. The 75 mm bowl, along with a convenient locking handle, allows for instant leveling of the head, even on uneven ground. The built-in spirit level helps you precisely frame your shot without the need for additional accessories. Rubber non-slip feet and steel spikes ensure stable operation on both smooth surfaces and soft ground. The quick-release plate is equipped with 1/4" and 3/8" mounting threads, allowing you to attach cameras, camcorders, viewfinders, or sliders. An additional 1/4" side thread allows you to connect a monitor, LED light, microphone, or magic arm. This makes it easy to create a comprehensive film setup tailored to a specific project. As a result, a single tripod can serve as the central base for the entire recording system.

Adjustable telescopic handle

The telescopic control arm can be adjusted from 35 to 54 cm, allowing you to customize its length to your preferences. A longer arm increases movement precision and facilitates smooth panning. The arm can be mounted on the left or right side of the head, making the tripod comfortable for both right- and left-handed users. If necessary, the arm can be completely detached, making transport and storage easier. The included quick-release plate is compatible with the 501PL standard and select DJI Ronin RS 3 Pro, RS 2, and RSC 2 gimbals. This allows for quick switching between the tripod and other stabilization systems without having to remount the camera. The latch mechanism allows you to lock the plate in place in about a second, and a side button enables quick release. This solution streamlines workflow and minimizes downtime during filming.
