THERMAL MASTER P4 Mini Thermal Camera (USB-C)


The THERMAL MASTER P4 is an advanced USB-C mini thermal camera that combines thermal and visible light imaging in a single compact device weighing just 26.5 g. Thanks to its 256 × 192-pixel VOx detector and X³IR™ technology, the model generates images with a resolution of 512 × 384 pixels, providing up to 4 times greater detail and clearer image reproduction. A measurement range from -20°C to 600°C, thermal sensitivity of ≤35 mK, a refresh rate of 25 Hz, and an accuracy of ±2°C allow for the rapid detection of overheating components, energy losses, and faults. The camera was designed for electricians, HVAC technicians, maintenance technicians, and building inspectors who need a mobile yet professional diagnostic tool.

Dual Imaging System and AI


The P4 is equipped with a dual optical system that combines a thermal imaging camera with a visible light camera featuring a resolution of 1280 × 960 pixels. Users can choose from four imaging modes: Infrared, Visible Light, IR-Fuse™, and Pro-Mix, allowing them to conveniently overlay the thermal image with the actual appearance of the object being inspected. The patented IREraser technology enables quick switching between the thermogram and the classic view, while the deep learning-based AI (Det) algorithm supports defect identification in more complex measurement scenarios. AI Dual-Lens, Razor X™, and X³IR™ technologies help users more easily detect even minor temperature anomalies.

Precise measurements and analysis


The Thermal Master High-Sensitivity Core, together with the IQ+ Precision Temp algorithm, ensures stable and accurate temperature measurement under various operating conditions. Dynamic temperature drift compensation and intelligent ambient temperature measurement help maintain high reading accuracy, while the ability to correct for emissivity, distance, and ambient temperature increases the reliability of results. The app also offers a table of typical emissivity values for various materials. The camera provides 15 professional analysis modes, enabling simultaneous measurement at 3 points, 3 lines, 3 rectangles, and 3 circles, as well as automatic tracking of the center, maximum, and minimum temperatures.

3D Visualization and Image Editing


The P4 model allows you to convert a standard thermogram into a three-dimensional heat map that clearly shows the distribution of hotspots and facilitates the assessment of the problem's scale. The free software offers data analysis, report generation, and 2D and 3D editing, which is useful when creating technical documentation and service reports. The Thermal Master app also allows you to adjust brightness, contrast, scale, mirror image, and rotate the image by 90°, making it easier to analyze details and work in hard-to-reach areas.

12 color palettes and 15× zoom


The THERMAL MASTER P4 offers 12 color palettes, including White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, and Red Hot, allowing you to tailor the temperature display to the type of inspection and your personal preferences. The 15× digital zoom allows you to zoom in precisely on a selected area without having to physically approach the inspected object, and the isotherm feature highlights the specified temperature range with a separate color, speeding up the identification of anomalies. The camera is compatible with devices equipped with a USB-C port and Android 7.0 or later, supporting smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Compact design for on-the-go use


With dimensions of 53 × 29 × 11 mm, the camera fits easily in a pocket or service bag. Fixed focus from 15 cm to infinity allows for convenient inspection of both small components and larger installations, while the wide 56.0° × 42.2° field of view enables coverage of a larger area without the need to frequently reposition the device. Power consumption of 0.58 W provides approximately 180 minutes of operation when powered by a smartphone. The P4 model is ideal for industrial inspections, electrical system checks, HVAC diagnostics, building inspections, and water leak detection, helping you quickly locate overheating connections, overloaded components, and insulation leaks.
