Fiber Fault Checker is a small and lightweight device that sends out a visible red laser. It can be used to check single and multi-module fiber optics very effectively. Connected to the fiber optic cable via fiber optic connector. The red laser can be used as a reference point and to locate the point where the fiber optic cable has crashed, which OTDR cannot find (fiber optic cable interruption; start and end) and the area of large bending losses.

It is ideal for passive components of patchcord fiber optic network, pigtail, fiber core box or bare fiber optic cable. These products are widely used in optical communication, optical transmission, fiber optic detection and other areas of research, manufacturing and construction. Checker can test not only single-mode fiber, but also multimode fiber.
