Universal IR Remote Control
The 360°IR blaster* sends commands and can detect when your existing remote control is used, ensuring accurate status updates. It can also connect IR-based air conditioners to Matter**, enabling thermostat-like functionality when used with an Aqara Climate Sensor. For reliable operation, we recommend installing the hub near the AC unit.

*Please note: the infrared frequency is 38kHz
*Only one IR-controlled AC unit can be bridged to the AC mode function. For multiple AC units, please use the Advanced Matter Bridging functionality.

The M200 provides dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz) with advanced WPA3 security and flexible power options including Power over Ethernet (PoE) and USB-C.

Simple Yet Powerful Automations
Aqara Automations, recently upgraded to Automations 2.0, follow WHEN-IF-THEN logic for building strong and efficient automations. This allows for multiple devices, situations, time and state conditions to be bundled into a single automation.
Automations previously triggered between the cloud and hubs will transition to local automations, ensuring they remain operational even during internet outages. Local automations are more robust, secure, and faster than cloud automations.

*Some automations, like cloud push notifications, still require a cloud connection.

Built-in Speaker with Custom Audio Compatibility
The Aqara Hub M200 features a 90dB built-in speaker that serves multiple purposes, including doorbell alerts, alarm clock functions, security alerts, and custom audio recordings that you can upload into the hub.

Voice Control with Aqara Voice Mate
The M200 enables voice control when paired with the Voice Mate H1, a compact Bluetooth microphone designed for private and flexible interaction.

Flexible Mounting Options
The M200 can be placed directly on a flat surface or mounted securely on a wall or ceiling using a standard 1/4-inch threaded bracket.
