Longer LK10 Plus 3D Printer

The Longer LK10 Plus is a 3D printer designed for fast and convenient project completion. It offers a build volume of 320 × 320 × 400 mm, print speeds of up to 500 mm/s, and a Direct Drive extruder with a flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s. A nozzle reaching 300°C and a heated bed up to 110°C allow for the use of PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU filaments. Automatic leveling, Auto Z-Offset, filament end detection, and resume-on-power-loss features make operation more convenient. Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB connectivity, along with compatibility with Windows and Mac, allow for convenient print management.

Fast Direct Drive Extruder

The printer is equipped with a Direct Drive extruder featuring a precision gear mechanism that ensures smooth material feeding even during high-speed printing. The High-Flow Hotend system achieves a volumetric flow rate of up to 25 mm³/s, allowing for high-quality models even with more demanding projects. A maximum print speed of up to 500 mm/s results in shorter print times without sacrificing detail.

Less vibration and ghosting

The Klipper software, featuring the Vibration Calibration function, ensures smooth operation of the device. Input Shaping technology reduces ghosting and wall waviness, ensuring models maintain high accuracy even at high speeds. This solution results in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance of prints and greater detail consistency.

Wide range of supported materials

A nozzle temperature of up to 300°C and a heated build plate reaching 110°C allow for printing with many popular 1.75 mm filaments. The printer supports PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and TPU, making it suitable for both simple decorative models and more durable functional parts. The adjustable layer height from 0.1 to 0.4 mm allows you to tailor the print quality and speed to a specific project.

Automatic Calibration

The LK10 Plus features automatic leveling of the heated build plate and an Auto Z-Offset function that automatically sets the correct distance between the nozzle and the build surface. This solution reduces the need for manual configuration and allows you to start printing faster. The "load filament, click print, and walk away" operation system makes the device convenient even for less advanced users.

Sensorless Homing

The printer uses a Sensorless Homing system that performs X and Y axis homing without the use of traditional mechanical limit switches. Stepper motors detect resistance and automatically determine the axis position, which simplifies the device's design and reduces the number of wear-prone components. This solution also contributes to more stable operation of the entire system.

Safe Printing

The power-outage resume feature allows printing to continue from the last saved layer, reducing the risk of losing hours of work. The filament end sensor monitors material flow in real time and stops printing when an empty spool is detected. The Object Exclusion feature allows you to cancel the printing of a single defective model without interrupting work on the remaining parts on the build plate.

Easy operation and connectivity

An intuitive, multilingual touchscreen simplifies daily operation and provides quick access to settings. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB flash drive connections, allowing you to conveniently transfer files and manage prints in various ways. Compatibility with Windows and Mac systems, along with support for STL, OBJ, and STEP formats, enables convenient model preparation in popular software and the OrcaSlicer slicer.

Metal Construction

The metal frame increases structural rigidity and reduces vibrations during high-speed printing, which positively impacts print quality. The printer offers a large build volume of 320 × 320 × 400 mm, making it suitable for larger models and printing multiple parts simultaneously.

Dual Z-axis

A dual Z-axis system with two independent motors and trapezoidal screws ensures smooth head movement. This solution improves print precision, enhances dimensional repeatability of models, and reduces the risk of the X-axis arm sagging during prolonged operation.
